Job Summary

• YellowDoor Hotels is looking for a performance-driven HR Manager to lead our people strategy - from building hiring frameworks to driving accountability, developing talent, and ensuring the organization consistently gets the output it needs from its people.

Your Mission

• Design and implement performance management frameworks that create consistent, measurable output across departments
• Build and own the hiring funnel - job briefs, assessment frameworks, interview structures, and final selection
• Develop onboarding and talent identification systems to fast-track high performers
• Create incentive, motivation, and retention strategies that keep top talent engaged long-term
• Balance organizational interests with employee wellbeing - enforcing accountability where performance falls short
• Advise leadership on org structure, role design, and people strategy
• Manage disciplinary processes fairly but firmly when performance or conduct issues arise

• Tools: HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR, Zoho People), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Performance review tools, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.

Salary
N350,000 - N600,000 / month.
