Overview

• ‎FMR Agency is recruiting a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic business growth across the public sector, construction, and manufacturing industries for a leading quality assurance and industrial laboratory services company.
• ‎The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities with government agencies, regulatory bodies, construction companies, EPC firms, and manufacturing organizations while managing the complete business development lifecycle. This role requires extensive knowledge of public procurement processes and a proven ability to secure high-value commercial contracts.
• ‎Ultimately, you will strengthen the company's presence within the public and industrial sectors while driving sustainable revenue growth and strategic partnerships.‎

‎Key Responsibilities

• ‎Develop and execute business development strategies across the public, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
• ‎Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial opportunities with government agencies and private sector organizations.
• ‎Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders.
• ‎Coordinate vendor registrations, prequalification processes, tender submissions, and proposal development.
• ‎Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
• ‎Expand existing client accounts through cross-selling of company services.
• ‎Monitor procurement opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
• ‎Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and revenue forecasts.
• ‎Ensure achievement of assigned business development targets.

‎Requirements

• ‎Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sciences, or a related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in business development, sales, or commercial management.
• ‎Proven experience securing and managing contracts within the public sector, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• ‎Strong understanding of public procurement processes, tendering, and due process requirements.
• ‎Established network within government agencies, construction companies, or manufacturing organizations.
• ‎Excellent negotiation, communication, and proposal development skills.
• ‎Strong commercial and analytical abilities.
• ‎Ability to manage multiple business opportunities while achieving revenue targets.
