Job Title: Production Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Engineer to oversee and optimize production operations within our advanced battery and plastic recycling facility.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Optimize production processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Operate and supervise advanced recycling and manufacturing equipment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and production losses.
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and resources.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
• 3–5 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in battery recycling, plastic recycling, manufacturing, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and automated machinery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and production reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
