Job Title: Marketing and Social Media Officer

Job Summary

• The Marketing and Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive direct bookings, and maximize occupancy and revenue for the short-let apartment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.), ensuring regularandengaging content.
• Plan and execute online campaigns to promote apartment bookings, seasonal offers, discounts, and special packages.
• Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings and reduce reliance on third-party booking platforms.
• Manage and optimize apartment listings across Online Travel Agencies and other booking platforms.
• Ensure descriptions, amenities, pricing, availability, and images are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor listing performance and implement strategies to improve visibility and bookings.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, loyalty programmes, and guest engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer touchpoints, ensuring an exceptional brandexperience
• Maintain customer databases and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve engagement metrics.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a Brand Management, Marketing, or Social Media role
• Experience in the hospitality, hotel, lodge, or resort industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent copy writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimizecampaigns.
• High attention to detail with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
