Job description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven cybersecurity sales lead to accelerate business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing enterprise customers.
• This role is ideal for a high-performing B2B sales professional with a strong background in selling cybersecurity or enterprise technology solutions and a passion for helping organizations strengthen their security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across corporate and public sector organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and solution presentations to negotiations and deal closure.
• Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to develop tailored cybersecurity solutions for clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Stay informed on emerging cybersecurity trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experiencein enterprise B2B sales, with significant experience selling cybersecurity or ICT solutions.
• Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity solutions, managed security services, cloud security, network security, or related technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and influence complex buying decisions.
• Highly self-motivated with strong business development and strategic planning skills.
• Relevant cybersecurity or sales certifications will be an added advantage.
