E&R Standard Gate is a diversified business group focused on Marketing Intelligence, Business Development, Product Launch Strategy, and Market Entry Solutions. We partner with global manufacturers within the automotive industry, helping them successfully penetrate and scale across African markets. We are currently the sole distributors of Jaltest Africa vehicle diagnostic tool in the whole west Africa.

Beyond automotive solutions, our subsidiaries operate across Hospitality, Mobility Solutions, Vehicle Leasing, Car Rentals, E-Hailing Services, and Premium Apartment Rentals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Creative Content Creator / Social Media Manager

Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies across multiple brands.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
• Capture, edit, and publish high-quality photos, videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, articles, and marketing copy.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and build active online communities.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend creative content ideas that increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple brands and content projects while meeting deadlines.

You must:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• Reside on Lagos Island or within a reasonable commuting distance to Ikota (Lekki–Ajah)
• Have a minimum of two (2) years' experience creating digital content and managing business social media accounts.
• Be highly creative with a strong portfolio of original content, videos, and social media campaigns.
• Have excellent scriptwriting, copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills.
• Be proficient in video shooting, editing, and production for social media platforms.
• Be proficient in Canva and at least one professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar.
• Have experience growing social media communities and improving engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Be confident appearing in videos, directing video shoots, and coordinating content production where necessary.
• Be able to manage multiple brands and content schedules simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Have a strong understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and content strategies.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
