Job Summary

• Rydal Mews Limited is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales.
• Market and sell the company's real estate products and services.
• Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close property transactions.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
