Job Title: ICT Support Staff

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

About the Role

• We’re looking for a hands-on ICT Support Staff to provide technical support to staff and ensure our IT systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and provide first-line support to staff via phone, email, and in-person
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, network devices, and software applications
• Support LAN/WAN setup, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, backups, and antivirus management
• Track IT assets, licenses, and consumables. Report faults and liaise with vendors when needed
• Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and IT inventory

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in ICT support, IT helpdesk, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, email clients, printers, and basic networking. Familiarity with Active Directory is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 monthly.
