Job Description

• Our client is looking for a results-driven Telesales Marketer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers through phone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels while supporting online marketing initiatives to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers through telesales.
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Promote fashion products and recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and generate quality sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales, preferably within an e-commerce or fashion retail environment.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including social media marketing, online campaigns, or lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Salary
N230,000 Monthly.
