Vampai Technologies - Our client is a premium destination for high-quality fabrics, curating a distinguished range of haute couture textiles for discerning customers across Nigeria. The business operates across a flagship physical store and a growing portfolio of digital sales channels — including a website, Instagram, and WhatsApp — serving retail buyers, fashion designers, and creative professionals who demand excellence in material and service.

Job Title: Business Operations Lead

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop store and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee daily operations across the physical store, website, Instagram, and WhatsApp sales channels.
• Manage inventory, optimize workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
• Track sales performance, manage budgets, and prepare business performance reports.
• Drive customer experience initiatives across online and offline touchpoints.
• Collaborate on business development, marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years' experience in retail operations or business management (fashion, textiles, or lifestyle preferred).
• Proven experience managing both physical and digital retail operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, e-commerce, and social commerce platforms.
• Financially savvy with the ability to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly Net.
