Key Duties

• Client Meetings: Talk about goals, styles, and money limits.
• Drawing Plans: Make detailed 2D and 3D sketches using computer software.
• Safety Rules: Ensure designs match local building codes and zoning laws.
• Teamwork: Work with engineers and construction workers.
• Site Visits: Check building sites to verify work follows the plan.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.

Main Skills:

• Creativity: Designing spaces that look nice and work well.
• Problem Solving: Fixing issues on-site and meeting strict rules.
• Communication: Explaining ideas clearly to clients and builders.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
