Amember of the Association of Non- Bank Microfinance Institutions of Nigeria (ANMFIN), The company registrered in July, 2008 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with head office located at Ibadan having several branches across the states.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit Officer

Locations: Okeho, Saki, Igbeti, Ogbomoso, and Ibadan - Oyo; Ijebu-jesha, Ipetu-jesha, Ife, Olode, Ijebu-jesha, Ipetumodu, Modakeke, Apomu, Iwo - Osun, Jebba - Kwara, Aku-Edo - Edo, Ekiti, Kogi, Kwara , Ogun and Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assessing Creditworthiness: Evaluating a borrower’s financial history, income, and debt to determine their ability to repay loans.
• Reviewing Loan Requests: Processing and analyzing individual or commercial loan applications in accordance with bank policies.
• Evaluating Financial Information: Calculating specific financial ratios, such as credit scores and risk limits, to determine loan feasibility.
• Preparing Credit Proposals: Drafting clear risk assessments and making formal recommendations to approve or reject loan applications.
• Monitoring Existing Loans: Tracking the progress of disbursed loans and conducting field visits to verify business viability or household income.
• Managing Portfolio Quality: Maintaining a healthy portfolio by proactively following up on overdue repayments and early warning indicators of default.
• Providing Customer Service: Educating clients on borrowing terms that can make them qualified for the loan.

Salary
N100,000 - N110,000 monthly.
