Job Description

• The Executive Chef is responsible for providing strategic leadership, planning, direction, and overall management of all culinary operations within the hotel.
• The role oversees food production across all restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, banquets, conferences, executive lounges, staff cafeteria, outdoor catering, and special events, ensuring that every meal reflects the superior luxury standards of the hotel.
• The Executive Chef is accountable for menu development, culinary innovation, food quality, food safety, cost control, inventory management, kitchen operations, staff leadership, budgeting, and profitability.
• The role ensures consistency in food preparation, presentation, taste, and service while maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• The Executive Chef works closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, Procurement, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and other departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences, maximize profitability, and position the hotel as a leading culinary destination.
