Job Title: Senior Digital Marketer - E-Commerce

Location: Abuja (FCT)

The Role

• As we expand oure-commerce presence, we are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketer to lead our online growth, from member acquisition to the sale of fitness products and digital programs.
• The ideal candidate is a "Growth Hacker" who understands the Abuja fitness landscape. You will manage our social media, run high-converting ad campaigns, and, most importantly, optimize our e-commerce store to drive revenue. You must have a proven track record of converting "likes" into sales and gym memberships.

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Management: Oversee the online store (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar), managing product listings, inventory sync, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Performance Marketing: Execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) specifically focused onReturn on Ad Spend (ROAS)for product sales and gym sign-ups.
• Content & Video Strategy: Create engaging "fitness-style" video content (Reels/TikToks) showcasing our facility, trainers, and products to build an active online community.
• Email & SMS Marketing: Design automated funnels for lead nurturing, membership renewals, and abandoned cart recovery.
• SEO & Local Search: Optimize our website and Google Business Profile to ensure we are the #1 result for "gyms in Abuja" or "fitness gear in Nigeria".
• Analytics: Use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to track the entire customer journey, providing weekly reports on growth and ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 4–10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused onE-Commerce and retail sales.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with AI tools for content and data analysis is a major plus.
• Industry Passion: A genuine interest in fitness, health, or sports equipment.
• Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Abuja consumer market (Gwarinpa, Wuse, Maitama, etc.) and effective delivery/logistics for e-commerce in Nigeria.
• Portfolio: Candidates must demonstrate past success in driving measurable sales growth (e.g., "Increased online revenue by X%").
