We are one of Nigeria’s leading companies in the Oil & Gas service sector We are looking to hire top professionals in our Oil and Gas/Marine Division.

Job Title: Managing Director

Job Responsibilities

The candidate must be responsible for setting workable growth targets and defining strategy to achievingthese targets and be able to follow the set strategy punctually
Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines forthe proposal teams

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have proven and extensive years of experience in the marine and offshore supply vessel market.
He/She must possess all the necessary skills to handle all aspects of the operation of a shipping company, vessel operation, maintenance, dry-docking, IACS certification process, customs, and port authorities.
The ideal candidate must have administrative and managerial experience and be able to provide overall strategic leadership, direction and guidance for the company’s operations and activities.
He/She must champion the development and maintenance of desired organizational culture, values and reputation with all staff, charterers, vendors, partners and regulatory/official bodies and all stakeholders.

Qualifications
The company requires that the candidates should

Have a B. Sc in any of the fields of Engineering or equivalent marine degree with a masters degree in management with a minimum of second upper Division
Minimum of 15 years relevant experience with the last 5 years experience in a marine company spent at a senior member of management.
