Sales Force Consulting - Our client is a major iron-rod, steel dealership company with factory headquarter locatedin Iyana Ipaja Lagos State and other factories in Anambra State, with major dealersand outlets in key cities of Nigeria.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Drive efficiency in overall administration and operations responsibilities pertaining to senior management
• Ensure quality execution of responsibilities as planned by the board
• Evaluate performance management processes of the company to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Monitor repairs, rehabilitation of all equipment ensuring constant functionality
• Take minutes of meetings and recording of programs and events
• Plan schedules and bookings for senior management
• Work with vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Representingmanagement in any external program and event
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and speed limits .
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to check oil, fuel, and mechanical systems, reporting any issues for maintenance.

Qualifications

• BA / B.Sc / HND qualification
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in similar capacity
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Candidate must be a male
