Job Description

• Do you have a strong passion for building financial systems that scale and a proven ability to manage accounting in fast-growing, multi-stream businesses?
• We are seeking a highly skilled and systems-driven Accountant to join TASCK. In this role, you will go beyond traditional accounting to design and manage the financial infrastructure that supports a dynamic, tech-enabled business operating across subscriptions, partnerships, commissions, and platform-based revenue models.
• This is a key role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to shape financial systems, improve operational efficiency, and provide insights that directly support strategic decision-making and growth.

Here's What You'll Do

• Build and Manage Financial Systems: Design and maintain scalable accounting structures that support multiple revenue streams, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all financial operations.
• Oversee Financial Operations: Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls to ensure strong financial discipline and visibility.
• Drive Financial Planning & Insights: Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets that support business growth and inform strategic decisions.
• Manage Payment & Revenue Flows: Oversee billing systems, payment processes, revenue recognition, and reconciliation across digital platforms and subscription models.
• Ensure Compliance & Governance Maintain accurate records, ensure tax and statutory compliance, and support audit processes.
• Improve Systems & Processes: Implement and optimise digital accounting tools, financial workflows, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements
Are you the ideal candidate?

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CPA is strongly preferred).
• You have 4–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a startup, tech, or platform-based environment.
• You have strong experience with financial modelling, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management.
• You understand subscription-based or multi-stream revenue models and digital payment systems.
• You are highly proficient with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Sage), Excel/Google Sheets, and financial reporting tools.
• You are analytical, detail-oriented, systems-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
