Job Title: Product Lead, NaviHealth.ai
Location: Lagos
Role Overview
The Lead, NaviHealth.ai will provide strategic leadership for NaviHealth.ai, driving the product vision, roadmap, and cross-functional execution to ensure continuous improvement and impact.
This is a strategic and execution-heavy role that requires someone who can define the product vision, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage platform operations, ensure data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, tech-savvy, and deeply passionate about improving healthcare navigation.
Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for NaviHealth.ai
Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
Drive continuous enhancement of the directory - accuracy, usability, and service quality.
Work closely with product, engineering, data, clinical, and design teams to ensure product alignment with user needs.
Platform Operations & Quality Assurance:
Oversee the daily operations of NaviHealth.ai, ensuring all provider/facility data is accurate, updated, and compliant.
Coordinate updates, releases, and system improvements with technical teams.
Develop and enforce quality standards for all data inputs, user processes, and product outputs.
Ensure smooth resolution of issues raised by users, internal teams, or partners.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:
Lead and coordinate the work of NaviHealth.ai officers and other team members responsible for data entry, validation, and support.
Facilitate communication across functions to ensure everyone is aligned with product goals, deadlines, and roles.
Organize and lead project check-ins, sprint reviews, and progress meetings.
Project Management & Execution:
Ensure all product deliverables meet required standards and deadlines.
Identify risks, challenges, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, communication plans, and reporting structures.
Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts to internal teams and leadership.
Documentation, Training & User Support:
Oversee the development of user guides, FAQs, SOPs, and training materials.
Ensure seamless onboarding for internal users and external stakeholders.
Provide support and clarity to relevant teams to ensure consistent product usage.
Stakeholder Management & Growth:
Identify opportunities to enhance the value of NaviHealth.ai through partnerships, integrations, and product improvements.
Engage internal clinical teams, product teams, and external partners to strengthen platform impact.
Monitor user satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:
Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and performance updates for leadership.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future processes.
Ensure data-driven decision-making using platform analytics and user trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field; Master’s is an advantage.
5+ years of experience in product ownership, program/project management, operations management, or digital health.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a tech-driven environment.
Strong familiarity with digital products, health navigation systems, or healthcare service delivery is a plus.
