Job Summary

• AVIX Mobile / Absen Energy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Manager to lead operations and drive business growth at our Port Harcourt branch.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, supervising staff, and ensuring the achievement of sales and operational targets.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, business development, and customer relationship management skills.

Job Description

• The Business Manager will oversee the overall performance of the Port Harcourt branch by managing business operations, increasing revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient execution of company strategies.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with management to expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and promote AVIX Mobile and Absen Energy products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Port Harcourt branch.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and stakeholders.
• Supervise, motivate, and evaluate branch staff to ensure high performance.
• Prepare sales, operational, and financial reports for management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities within the branch.
• Monitor inventory, assets, and branch resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Represent the company during business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• A professional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Management is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in business management, branch management, sales, or business development.
• Experience in the renewable energy, technology, telecommunications, or electronics industry is highly desirable.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding business and sales targets.

Required Skills:
