Job Title: Home School Teacher

Location: Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Job Description

• Are you a committed Christian educator passionate about discipleship, academic excellence, and shaping young minds through a Biblical worldview?
• A Christ-centered homeschooling family in Ipaja, Lagos is seeking a full-time homeschool teacher to provide personalized instruction for children aged 12, 9, and 2 in a structured, faith-based learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, Bible-integrated lessons across multiple age groups.
• Personalize an established curriculum and create learning materials.
• Monitor academic progress and provide regular updates.
• Foster a peaceful, disciplined, and joyful learning environment.
• Supervise educational outings and field trips when required.
• Model Christian character and support the children's spiritual growth.

Requirements

• A mature, practicing Christian with a strong Biblical foundation.
• Experienced educator with NCE, OND, HND, or equivalent teaching experience.
• Skilled in lesson planning, classroom management, and differentiated instruction.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital learning tools.
• Resident in Ipaja or neighboring communities.
