Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Growth & Partnership to drive our expansion in a fast moving digital healthcare landscape.
This senior leadership position will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing growth strategies while building strategic partnerships that advance mDoc’s mission and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with mDoc’s objectives and market opportunities
Identify new market segments, channels, and revenue streams within the healthcare ecosystem
Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
Set and achieve ambitious growth targets across key performance metrics
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion initiatives
Partnership Development:
Partnership & Revenue Expansion
Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships and funding collaborations to expand mDoc’s reach and impact. This includes engaging potential partners across healthcare providers, payers at large, governments, and investors.
Own the full lifecycle- from pipeline development through to deal closure—ensuring effective proposal preparation and contracting.
Business Development:
Define and execute business development strategies that align with mDoc’s mission and growth objectives.
Lead market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to uncover new opportunities and inform corporate strategy
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of growth opportunities
Collaborate with product and clinical teams to ensure market-product fit
Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking forums
Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth and partnerships team
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and results orientation
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance management systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and clinical teams
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
Contribute to overall company strategy and long-term planning
Provide regular reporting on growth metrics, partnership performance, and market insights to executive leadership and board
Manage growth and partnership budgets effectively
Identify and mitigate risks in partnership and growth initiatives
Requirements
MBA or advanced Degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles, with at least 5 years in healthcare
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building successful strategic partnerships
Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, payers, regulators, and patients
Experience with value-based care models, digital health, or healthcare technology solutions
Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex B2B negotiations
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
