Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• The role ensures the efficient flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers while optimizing costs, maintaining quality standards, and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with production, sales, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery performance, inventory turnover, and procurement savings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members.
• Manage risks related to supply disruptions, transportation delays, and supplier performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, or APICS is an advantage.
• 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and supply chain optimization projects.
