Mission

• Manage end user devices, inventory accuracy and ensure modern and digitized workplace.

Description:

• Manage end user devices in a cost-effective technology
• Modernize and digitize meeting rooms and boardrooms.
• Manage E5 license in Microsoft suite
• Ensure tools and applications provide seamless operational efficiency for staff
• Deep dive into insights on devices capabilities
• Assist seamless onboarding for device allocation to new hires
• Drive tool optimization for the business for effective cost maximization
• Work with End user support team to provide guidance
• Support company wide organization for seamless streaming
• Drive ultra-modern webinar to seamless streaming and employee digital experience
• Ensure proper record of device purchase and replacement to ensure business continuity
• Manage disposal of end of life and support devices from IT standpoint
• Ensure device inventory is accurate and topnotch
• Recommend device specification to enhance better performance
• Oversee and manage end user support team to deliver business values to users
• Oversee and manage applications deployment, patches and updates to end user devices
• Design solutions for managing end user devices.
• Management of operating system updates, including patch management for operating systems.
• Contribute to the development of IT/IS Services strategies and develop detailed plans in support of related strategies, organizing required resources, monitoring and periodically reporting progress of plans
• Assess resource requirements and assist in preparing the budget for IS Infrastructure operations and services, as well as prepare information systems technical business cases.

Requirements
Education:

• First Degree in related discipline 
• First Degree in Information Technology or any related discipline
• Fluent in English 
• ITILv3 Certificate (Service Management)
• Comptia A+
• Microsoft 365 certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Experience:
3-7 years’ experience which includes:

• Minimum of 3 years IT Service Support and Delivery experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience working in a medium to large organization
