Job Title: Marketplace Process Improvement Analyst

Job Summary

• We're looking for a Marketplace Process Improvement Analyst to improve operational processes, optimize marketplace performance, and enhance the experience for merchants, customers, and internal teams.
• You'll work closely with the Marketplace and Technology teams to identify improvements, resolve system issues, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between Marketplace and Technology teams.
• Monitor marketplace performance and maintain operational dashboards.
• Test platform updates and report bugs or enhancement requests.
• Document and improve marketplace processes and workflows.
• Support merchants and internal users with system-related issues.
• Provide business data and insights to support decision-making.
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution.
• 1 – 2 years' experience in e-commerce, business analysis, project management, customer service, process improvement, or a related field.
• Customer Service Officer experience in an e-commerce or tech environment is an added advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 per month.
