Job Title: Security Personnel

Location: Opebi, Ikeja - Lagos

Role Overview

• The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly school environment by controlling access to the premises, monitoring people and property, conducting routine patrols, supporting student safety, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with the school's safeguarding and security procedures.
• The role requires vigilance, professionalism, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with students, staff, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Control access to the school by monitoring the entry and exit of students, staff, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
• Verify visitor identity, maintain visitor records, and direct visitors appropriately.
• Patrol assigned areas regularly to maintain a safe and secure school environment.
• Monitor student movement and ensure students do not leave the premises without authorization.
• Support safe and orderly student arrival and dismissal procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns, and report them appropriately.
• Enforce school safety, safeguarding, and child protection policies at all times.
• Protect school property and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or damaged facilities.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with school staff and other security personnel.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, vigilance, and a courteous approach while on duty.

Salary
N73,000 monthly.
