Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

• The accountant at e-Clinic & Diagnostic Limited is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all financial operations of the facility.
• This includes managing payments for procured medical and administrative supplies, handling payroll, and supervising the finance-related personnel, such as the cashier, account officer, billing officer, and inventory officer.
• The role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy, liquidity, personnel, and operational efficiency within the clinic.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage clinic financing and ensure liquidity for operations.
• Process and monitor payments for all procured items and services.
• Coordinate and execute monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment of staff salaries, pensions, commissions, and rebates.
• Supervise and support the cashier in managing daily cash inflow/outflow and bank transactions.
• Manage the account and billing officer to ensure accurate service billing and prompt invoicing.
• Monitor inventory control processes in collaboration with the inventory officer.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and advise management on financial matters.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. (ICAN, ACCA are added advantages).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic setting.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, Nigerian tax laws, procurement procedures, and financial software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and ERP.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / month.
