Job Title: Aesthetician Nurse

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking to hire an Aesthetic Nurse who will beresponsible for providing safe, high-quality aesthetic and wellness treatments while ensuring exceptional client care.
• The role involves conducting consultations, performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures within the nurse's scope of practice, assisting with advanced cosmetic treatments, educating clients on skincare, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with all clinical, safety, and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations and skin assessments.
• Review clients' medical history and determine treatment suitability.
• Administer aesthetic treatments within the approved scope of nursing practice.
• Perform procedures such as:
  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • Hydrafacial treatments
  • LED light therapy
  • PRP preparation and assistance
  • IV vitamin therapy
• Assist physicians or certified aesthetic practitioners during advanced cosmetic procedures.
• Monitor clients during and after treatments.
• Manage minor treatment complications and provide appropriate aftercare instructions.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client medical records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' aesthetic goals.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and wellness services.
• Conduct follow-up calls to monitor client progress and satisfaction.
• Maintain strict infection prevention and control standards.
• Sterilize equipment according to clinical protocols.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and nursing ethical standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
• Adhere to the spa's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council license.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Certification in Aesthetic Nursing or Medical Aesthetics is an added advantage.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is desirable.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, wellness, or a luxury spa environment.
• Experience with aesthetic devices and skincare treatments is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and skin physiology.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety standards.
• Competence in electronic medical records.
• Sales and client education skills.
