Kennedia Consulting Limited (KCL) - Our client is a leading diversified conglomerate with operations spanning Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, FinTech, Hospitality, Real Estate, Security Services, and Maritime.  As part of its commitment to innovation and operational excellence, the Group is seeking to hire a highly skilled and proactive candidate to oversee its technology infrastructure, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations across the organization in the capacity below:

Job Title: Information Technology Manager

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures are in place.
• Oversee system administration, software deployment, and hardware maintenance.
• Lead IT projects, including digital transformation, system upgrades, and technology implementations.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology contracts.
• Provide technical leadership and support to business units across the Group.
• Monitor IT performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure high system availability.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure in a multi-business or diversified organization is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), AWS, Azure, or CISSP are desirable.
• Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
