Scope and Impact

• The Learning Systems & E-Learning Officer will play a critical role in the organization's learning strategy by ensuring the effective administration of the Learning Management System while designing high-quality digital learning experiences.
• The role supports employee onboarding, continuous development, compliance learning, and capability building by converting instructor-led content into interactive e-learning programmes that improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Summary

• The Learning Systems & E-Learning Officer is responsible for administering the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), developing engaging digital learning content, and supporting the delivery of an exceptional learning experience across the organization.
• The successful candidate will leverage AI-powered learning tools, instructional design principles, and modern e-learning technologies to convert existing learning materials into interactive online courses while maintaining the LMS, monitoring learner progress, and generating learning analytics that support organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses from existing training materials, SOPs, manuals, and presentations.
• Create interactive learning experiences, including quizzes, videos, simulations, assessments, and microlearning modules.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate content development while maintaining quality.
• Monitor learner progress, course completion, and certification records.
• Generate learning analytics and reports to support decision-making.
• Manage digital onboarding learning journeys for new employees.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to continuously improve learning content and learner engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in LMS administration, instructional design, e-learning development, or digital learning.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise 360, H5P, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Coursebox, Mindsmith, or similar solutions.
• Strong communication, project management, analytical, and content development skills.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 per month.
