Job Description

• As a Salon Staff member, you will provide professional beauty and grooming services while ensuring every client enjoys an outstanding experience.
• You will maintain cleanliness, uphold company standards, and contribute to the overall success of the salon.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional services based on your area of specialization.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure all equipment is handled and maintained properly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Promote salon services and products where appropriate.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Work effectively with other team members to achieve business goals.

Requirements
Education:

• Formal educational qualifications are not mandatory.
• Relevant vocational training or professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Previous hands-on experience in your area of specialization is preferred.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio or demonstrable practical skills are encouraged to apply.
