Job Title: Director of Corporate Services

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• As we continue to scale, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Corporate Services to build and lead the corporate function that enables our business to thrive.
• This is more than an operational role—it's an opportunity to shape the people, governance, systems, and infrastructure that will support the next phase of our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Corporate Services strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build scalable people, governance, procurement, and administrative frameworks from the ground up.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Establish policies, SOPs, and governance structures that promote operational excellence.
• Lead procurement strategy, vendor performance, and contract management to optimize cost and value.
• Partner with business leaders to improve productivity, culture, and organizational capability.
• Oversee legal compliance, risk management, regulatory obligations, and corporate governance.
• Champion digital transformation and process improvement across corporate functions.
• Manage departmental budgets, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree (MBA, MHRM, MSc, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, CIPS, or related qualifications are highly desirable.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple corporate service functions.
• Experience within a creative, experiential, consulting, technology, media, or fast-paced service environment is highly preferred.
