We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer (Female)

Location: Agadaga, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

• As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting employees' professional growth.
• Your primary purpose will be to assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring they meet the needs of both the employees and the organization.
• You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations, emphasizing employee engagement and organizational development.
• This position is essential in maintaining the company's culture and values, directly impacting employee satisfaction and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and conduct training and development programs.
• Support performance management processes.
• Handle employee inquiries and guide on HR-related matters.
• Work collaboratively with HR team members to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and support organizational change initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a junior-level HR role or a relevant internship.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and employment laws.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

 Salary
 N150,000 - N200,000 per month
