We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admission Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
• Respond promptly to admission enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Conduct school tours and provide accurate information on programmes and admission requirements.
• Process application forms and maintain accurate admission records.
• Coordinate entrance assessments, interviews, and admission documentation.
• Liaise with academic and administrative departments to facilitate seamless student enrolment.
• Prepare admission reports and maintain the admissions database.
• Support student recruitment and participate in marketing and promotional events.
• Ensure excellent customer service and uphold the school's brand and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in admissions, customer service, or a similar administrative role, preferably in a school.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, maintains confidentiality, and meets deadlines.
