We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fleet & Monitoring Officer (Tracking)

Locations: Wasinmi and Ewekoro - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet & Monitoring Officer to oversee our vehicle tracking operations and ensure optimal fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all company vehicles in real-time using GPS tracking systems
• Track trip compliance, route adherence, and driver behavior
• Generate daily reports on vehicle location, fuel usage, and idle time
• Investigate and report tracking device tampering or downtime
• Coordinate with drivers and operations team to resolve route deviations
• Maintain accurate records of fleet movement and incidents
• Support enforcement of company fleet policies and safety standards

Requirements

• HND / B,Sc. Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, or related field
• 2+ years experience in fleet monitoring or vehicle tracking roles
• Proficient with GPS tracking software e.g. Nova track, Mixtelematics etc.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work shifts including weekends if required
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Resident in or willing to relocate to Ewekoro/Abeokuta/Sango/Ifo axis
