Description

• Juremi Group is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Finance & Investment to lead the restructuring and elevation of our finance function across our multi-sector portfolio.
• This is a high-impact leadership role for a finance professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and can balance operational rigour with long-term strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all business units
• Manage treasury and liquidity to ensure group-wide financial stability
• Drive investment and wealth management strategy to maximize returns on company assets
• Lead capital raising and corporate finance activities including debt and equity structuring
• Oversee portfolio and project finance management across Juremi's five sectors
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Maintain strong accounting operations and internal controls
• Ensure tax planning and full regulatory compliance
• Drive business performance management and strategic KPI reporting
• Optimize asset utilization and resource allocation
• Lead enterprise risk management across the group
• Oversee procurement strategy and cost optimization initiatives
• Manage and develop the finance team while engaging senior stakeholders

Salary
N700,000 – N1,000,000 per month.
