Job Title: HR Administrator (Female)

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, and performance records.
• Prepare HR reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' HR or administrative experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a n added advantage.
