Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a proven ability to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support revenue growth.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.
• Build strategic partnerships that enhance the company's market presence.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, market research, and campaign management.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
• Professional marketing certification is an added advantage.
