Job Title: Production Manager

Role Description

• We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and hands-on Production Manager to lead the planning and execution of LIDA's visual productions.
• This is more than a production role. It is an opportunity to build the production function within a growing business growth company.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that every photo and video production project is executed to the highest professional standard while supporting our broader objective of helping clients communicate more effectively and grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of all photo and video productions.
• Capture high-quality visual content when required.
• Direct or supervise photography and video shoots.
• Edit videos for digital platforms, corporate communications, documentaries, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Manage all production equipment and studio assets.
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools relevant to creative production.
• Translate campaign concepts into production plans.

Qualifications

• Strong video and photo production management.
• Demonstrate practical familiarity with Generative AI tools that support creative production.
• Experience with one or more video and photo editing software.
• Experience managing commercial, corporate, documentary, or branded productions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence.
• Creative with strong visual judgment.
• Passionate about storytelling and visual excellence.
