Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our digital presence across multiple social media platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing graphics, editing videos, managing online communities, and implementing strategies that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Design high-quality graphics, promotional materials, and visual content using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media campaigns and digital marketing.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative ideas to improve content performance.
• Manage daily interactions with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand visibility, and business growth.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that support business objectives.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary
N100,000 per month.
