Job Summary

• We are seeking proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Specialists - Customer Acquisition to drive customer growth by identifying prospects, promoting products and services, and converting leads into loyal customers.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills while delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through field marketing, referrals, digital channels, and direct outreach.
• Promote the organization's products and services to potential customers.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, pricing, and available solutions.
• Assist customers with account opening, onboarding, and documentation processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Achieve assigned customer acquisition and sales targets.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, marketing activations, and community engagement initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, business development, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories when required.
