Description

• The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's ICT products and services, recruiting students for training programs, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, conducting field marketing, and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase enrolment and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's ICT training programs, professional certifications, software solutions, and other technology services.
• Market international and local educational pathways, including credit transfer programs to partner universities.
• Conduct field marketing in secondary schools, tertiary institutions, corporate organizations, government agencies, and business communities.
• Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns using social media, email marketing, WhatsApp, and online advertising.
• Generate quality leads and convert prospects into enrolled students and clients.
• Deliver presentations and career talks to schools, organizations, and prospective students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, parents, students, and corporate clients.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and enrolment targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, educational fairs, and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and follow up on enquiries.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

• Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot is an added advantage.
