Job Title: Site Accountant

Location: Benin Cit,y Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Prepare Monthly Site budget in collaboration with the project manager
• Monitor and analyze project costs against budget, providing regular variance reports
• Effect payment as approved by the project manager
• Track and record project related expenses
• Maintain project account in City book accounting software
• Send monthly ledger position(extraction) to head office
• Monitor project accounts for inflows and effect necessary posting
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Work closely with the project managers, procurement teams and other departments to ensure financial alignment
• Maintain proper filing systems for all financial and project-related documents
• Preventing errors and misuse of funds
• Perform any other assignment(s) as directed by the Chief Accountant or Head, Finance and account

Qualifications

• BSc or HND in Accounting or Banking and Finance
• Skills in MS word, excel and power point
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Experience in project finance.

Salary
N125,000 - N150,000 monthly.
