Job Title: Relationship Manager

Locations: Abuja and Lagos (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage profitable relationships with new and existing clients.
• Drive deposit mobilization and grow the organization's liability portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring client retention.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Demonstrated success in deposit mobilization and business development.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Salary
N150,000 – N600,000 monthly (based on experience).
