Job Title: Marketer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven, energetic, and experienced Marketer to join a reputable company in the construction industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing the company's market presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports for management.

Salary

• N250,000 per month + Commission on Sales
