Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager (Consumer Financing)

Job Summary

• Cars45, Nigeria's leading inspected used-car marketplace, is expanding its Consumer Finance business. 
• We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive strategic partnerships with banks, microfinance institutions, and fintechs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with commercial banks, microfinance institutions, and lending fintechs.
• Drive referral volumes and revenue growth through the bank channel.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, referral structures, and SLAs.
• Develop commercial proposals and present solutions to senior banking executives.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnership channels.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of Enterprise/B2B Sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years within Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech.
• Proven success in closing and managing institutional partnerships.
• Strong network within Nigerian banking sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
• Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.

Compensation
