Job Summary

• The Social Media Manager develops, implements, and manages social media strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services.
• They create engaging content, monitor performance, interact with followers, and stay up to date with social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories).
• Manage social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Grow followers and increase audience engagement through creative content and community management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
• Creativity, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
