Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Enugu (Enugu East, Enugu North, Enugu West)
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Role Summary

• We are looking for 6proactive Field Sales Representatives to drive agent recruitment and quality activations across assigned LGA clusters in Enugu State.
• Each FSR will be responsible for onboarding mobile agents, partners, and ensuring strong field presence and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new mobile agents and partners within the assigned cluster to expand the company’s network.
• Drive quality agent activations by ensuring new agents are properly registered, trained, and fully operational.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and key stakeholders to support engagement and retention.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure adequate market coverage and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly agent acquisition and activation targets.
• Monitor agent performance, provide support where required, and identify opportunities for growth within the assigned territory.
• Submit accurate and timely daily field reports, pipeline updates, market insights, and feedback to the supervisor.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in any field
• 1-2 years in field sales, agency banking, telecoms, or FMCG is an advantage
• Must reside in or around the assigned cluster
• Good communication, target-driven, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
• Must have a smartphone.
