@Akowe...ppl like you are d reason 4 d discrimation...@engr it is a fact which most employers will attest to that HND graduates perform better on d job dan Bsc graduates.''akowe'' is no reason to generalize.u wld agree wit me dat ''akowe'' even writes beta dan some Bsc graduates.so u cn find ppl like ''akowe'' both in d unis and d polys.

My own concern is d age barrier that ws tagged wt d job. Most employers α̲̅яε promoter of age falsification. ª despirate job seeker will av †̥ lie abt his/her age.

@Engr.,
So, to the best of your knowledge Hon. Akowe has communicated in good English language?
I guess that's why Nigerians still discriminate because.....
I still can't understand how a Nigerian graduate could write that 'rubbish' above and expects to be respected or even employed!
Some graduates are 'Unemployable Graduates' because I wonder how 'Akowe' would pass a simple Aptitute Test.
It isn't all about our certificates; it's all about what we have inside to offer. #Let's all UPGRADE in written and spoken skills#

It's high time organisations came 2 help reduce B.Sc/HND dichotomy in Nigeria. Even if the Senate was unsuccessful in passing this bill into Law during the last debate on this issue, Nigerian Organisations should atleast give a level-playing ground for these sets of graduates. I think this is the best way 2 reduce the level of unemployment in this country. cos requesting 4 B.Sc graduates and leaving out HND graduates is nt really the way forward in this Country. As Stanbic IBTC Bank is well-known for developing young, talented, trained professional for the future. I therefore beseech the management of Stanbic IBTC Bank 2 help look into this inorder to safeguard the future of HND graduates. By this , more lives will be enriched. THANKS.

ƒσя those of you that think HND graduates are more intelligent than B.Sc graduates or vice-versa; pls go and have α rethink. Being Intelligent as α graduate is an individaul effort n personal upgrading. Iam α University (ABU) Graduate n I'm proud of it, and ℓ̊t doesnt in anyway makes ♍ε better than α polytechnic graduate, or feel that α polytechin graduate is better than ♍ε.
Having said that, the dichotomy btwm University n polytechnic graduates is unnecessary. ℓ̊ think the federal Govt have α role †Φ play here in ensuring that they are made equivallent as it is supposed.
Ǥööϑ Luck †Φ Ɣφϋ guys, I'm above the age limit. #Gracia#

To the best of my knowledge,all employers of labour have in mind the kind academic training it requires of every potential employee to be efficient in the job they are advertising for, so if they decide to state out such requirements, we should not castigate them. There are jobs that requires university training while some requires polytechnic training to be efficient. The best thing is for you to go and look for the one that requires what you are trained for. Having been in to the busness for couple of years, am sure they can tell more than anybody else from outside as touching the kind of people they want. Best wishes.

Thanks to the management of this Bank for giving people the opportunity to be employed in Nigeria of today. I am a BSC holder. My problem and concern is on the issue of age. Conditions like this encourage people to manipulate their ages- age falsification. This is not fair as well as the case of BSC/ HND differences.Thanks.

Pals, if you're discriminated don't relent rather work hard and independently since you're practically inclined. Don't mind employers of labour for time shall come when employment wil be ratio of 70% HND and 30% BSc.

May the lord fight for we graduates, its unfair,I graduated 3 years agoand till date no job .pls private employers , don't discriminate among graduates,cos it won't help it will only add more mess to the economy. I graduated from oau ile ife, and still have no job. Same to millions of graduates in nigeria. Where are we going to. Whereas the rich are getting reacher all in the name of power,while the poor are getting poorer all in the name of less opportunities.
