One of the fastest growing Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) in the country is seeking applications for employment into the following positions.

1.) Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies for the organization.
Develop protocols for vetting and monitoring claims (electrically)
Analysis of data to ensure that claims are paid at the stipulated time.
Maintain database of claims paid per business account to determine the profitability
Quality Control and innovations to control fraud and abuse.

2.) Network Co-ordinator

Develop provider list/database based on regions of the country
Recruit primary, secondary and tertiary providers
Building relationships with the Provider hospitals
Organize Provider forums and training
Accreditation and credentialing of hospitals
Negotiating tariffs with hospitals

Qualification

Both Positions require a BSc in any health related field with at least 1-2years HMO experience.
The preferred candidate for both positions should either be a medical doctor or a nurse.
Others with a health care background are encouraged to apply.
