Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Organise sales visits and make presentations to establish new businesses
- Negotiate contracts and packages
- Solicit and Compile list of available properties and pictures in designated locations
- Act as intermediary in negotiation between buyers and sellers
- Sales and marketing of new properties through adverts, open houses, participation in multiple listing services, bulletin distribution, online marketing, sms/e-mail and social media marketing
- Liaise with clients and advise them on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, mortgage application requirements and real estate trends
- Co-ordinate property closings, oversee signing of documents and disbursement of funds
- Generate list of properties compactible with client’s preference, needs and financial budget
- Solicit for and manage clients with mortgage plans
- Contact property development companies and advertise services that they can take advantage of
- Identify business opportunities, prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
Educational Requirement
- Minimum of second class lower (BSc.).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Interest and vast knowledge about the real estate market and trends
- Excellent Inter - personal relation skill
